Park Information
Although we have rented the picnic site including the attached parking area
The park will collect their usual parking fee at the gate. The currently posted fee is $8.00 for Mass cars and $15.00 for out of state.
Handicap plates or placard, purple heart or disabled veterans, free. The fee is per car so carpooling can save some money.
Water and restrooms are available at the site but there is no electricity.
Alcohol is not allowed in the park.
There is an estimated 1/2 mile walking trail to the beach or people can drive from the picnic area to either beach if there is available parking.
The site has a large mowed grass field, plenty of picnic tables, and shelter in case of rain.
Boat rentals are available (up to $25 per hour per boat) You need a drivers license or photo ID per boat. Must be 18 or written parent permission to rent boat.

Enter at main gate from Rt 85; bear left at the split then right onto Split Rock Lane;
reserved parking at the end of the road.
